Casey and Neal|Engagement Session

If you don't know this, I LOVE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS! Engagement sessions are so great for getting to know my couples and getting a good feel for how we will vibe on the day of the wedding. Plus, they will have a better understanding of my style and how I do posing, etc. And I just love capturing love, especially during engagement sessions because everything is much more relaxed and chill, compared to the big excitement and nervousness that can happen during the wedding day!

And engagement sessions are even more fun when I am hanging out with friends! Casey and I used to work together and have stayed friends ever since. I still remember the day she told me that she had met a new guy and I was so happy for her. And a couple of years later her and Neal are getting hitched!

I loved that these two wanted to incorporate some places that were special to them during their session. We started out at Uncle Harry's Five and Dime, which is the place that they first met.

Then we went to Four Queens for some ice cream, which was where they went for their first date.

And then we ended the session at George Wyth State Park (another place they went on their first date) for some beautiful sunset photos.

I seriously CAN NOT WAIT for their wedding this November in Dubuque!
